After conducting over 400 consultations, I'm as big a "fan" of Career Direct as I was 10 years ago. I have a Sociology/Psychology background and have always found assessments fascinating...THIS ONE DELIVERS! At the time I went through CD training, we had a junior in high school. Immediately, I realized how much our daughter (and her friends) needed the direction from this comprehensive tool. I cannot recommend the process and product highly enough. The assessment supports and values all personality types and can be a huge help in discovering God's purpose for your life. The process is just as profound for adults in the workforce looking to make an industry or career changes.
I've spent 25 years in multiple areas of outside sales/management. My true passion is helping people take their "next step"...whatever that might be.
Each assessment offers a wonderful challenge to connect with that individual, learn about the things they value, and create a roadmap to help them excel within their design.
