Wspieram ich w odkryciu powołania i dojściu do miejsca, gdzie praca zawodowa spotyka się z miejscem pasji.
Uwielbiam pracować z młodymi ludźmi, którzy są na początku drogi zawodowej i mogą uniknąć rozczarowania i frustracji związanej z miejscem pracy.
Wspieram również tych, którzy od jakiegoś czasu są już na swojej drodze zawodowej, ale nie czują się w miejscu swojego powołania. Szukamy wspólnie najlepszych rozwiązań dla konkretnych sytuacji.

1. Career Direct assessment was recommended by my friend. I'm happy that I made the questionnaire and did the session. 2. The greatest challenge was to better understand my career path expectations in the area of values and way I'm working. I realized during the session that career choices I've already did were in line with my questionnaire results. However the crisis value I've faced in the last year of my career was the biggest challenge and the results of Carrer Direct confirmed that I made a proper decisions. 3. Leadership and working with people are the biggest asset and skills I learned and achieved. 4. For the new job offers I'll be asking better questions to my potential leader and employer, to find the best place to work. 5. Great attitude of the consultant, support and coaching questions and summaries.

Bardzo podobało mi się zaangażowanie i ogólne podejście Pani Izabeli. Przez cały proces omówienia czułam się dobrze prowadzona, wszystko zostało mi dobrze wytłumaczone. Pani Izabela pytała się czy napewno rozumiem wyniki raportu i dokładnie tłumaczyła na czym polega każde określenie w raporcie. Konsultantka tłumaczyła z uśmiechem i widziałam że nie wykonuje jedynie swojej pracy ale faktycznie lubi to co robi i jest zaangażowana w pomoc klientowi i zrozumienie jego osoby. Polecam :))
